|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro and Electron via our SECURE PAYMENT SERVICE operated by Sage Pay. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

|Delivery Schedule Many orders will be delivered within 3 or 4 days. Most Land and Sea items are held in our New York warehouse and can take up to 4 weeks.
We try to keep the web site up to date, but on occasions, items won’t be available. We are the importer for all of our items, and stock replacement will usually take too long. In the event that stock will be arriving soon, we will notify the customer. Otherwise, items that are unavailable will be cancelled and you will be notified.

|Returns Policy Under the Distance Selling regulations, you may cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning the day following receipt, provided you notify us by e-mail or in writing. Wait for confirmation before returning goods. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty.
